What is your return/exchange policy for online orders?
Returns will be accepted for online purchases within 10 days from the date the shipment is received. All items must be returned in their original packaging, labels attached, unwashed, unworn, and in original resalable condition. Upon arrival item will be thoroughly inspected any items found worn, washed, or deemed used will not be refunded. If there are any issues with your order, please feel free to send us a message through our Contact page or e-mail us at email@example.com. We will respond to you at our earliest convenience.

Do you restock items that have been sold out?
Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items, however for popular items, we may replenish them. Please come back to visit us soon as we are continuously updating our web store with new merchandise.
Why is there different prices when the product is the same?
Our prices reflect the manufacturer cost price depending on the vendor and designer brand. You will notice that for certain items, the bigger the size, the higher the price.
I chose an item based on size, but when I click on the product to purchase the item, it is not showing the size I want on the drop down menu. Why is this?
The product you chose may have come in the selected size, however it may have recently been sold. Our inventory system will not reflect this instantly as it will take time to reflect these changes. The best way is to check back again, in the case that the item has been replenished.
